I have a lot of issues but my main problem is speaking about them the therapist trys and yes she gets a lot out of me but I feel like i am holding a lot back. such as i am afraid to said that i am still getting the urge to go thru with it. I was in the hospital for 3 months and I don't think it did me any good. I am not sure why i am writing this either .. I would to just stop all of my medications at once. lets say start tomorrow morning and not take any of it,,,,,,
You must either call your therapist NOW, or get yourself to an ER if you are contemplating suicide. Suicide is forever. Life is a precious gift that we should cherish. Your therapist can help you with any issues you may have, and help you to WANT to stay in the world of the living. You must be totally open and honest with your therapist to get the most out of your counseling. You may be feeling badly, but there IS hope. There is ALWAYS hope that you will feel better. PLEASE call your therapist NOW, and tell her how you're feeling. It'll be the most important and best thing you could ever do for yourself. Pretty soon, you'll start to feel better, and you'll love yourself again. Life will begin to look sunnier, and you'll enjoy things again. Best of luck. Please keep me posted. I'll be thinking about you.
Ettebette is absolutely correct that if you're thinking about suicide you need to contact someone, anyone right away!
I was looking at your list of medications and my god you're on a lot of meds. There may be an issue with some of the meds interacting and caausing other problems. If you are still thinking about suicide while on zoloft and wellbutrin you may need a change in meds. Have you spoken with a doctor who has the complete list of meds that you are taking? Perhaps a visit to your pharmacist would be usefull. The pharmacist can tell you if you're taking too many meds.
In the meantime, please call someone if you start to think about suicide. I'm sure there's a suicide hotlline in your area.
Please take care and I hope you start to feel better.
Yes everyone is right and don't stop or change any of your medications. Speak to your psychiatrist immediately if you have suicidal ideations and if they are realistic call 911. And yes if things aren't working out you should have your medications adjusted by your psychiatrist. And if your psychiatrist is out of ideas or is not helpful seek a referral to a mood disorders specialist. Google "Depression Central" and here's a list of mood stabilizers that are experimental but approved as medications and used off label and could and would be prescribed by a mood disorders specialist:

If you are really feeling suicidial go for help -- go to the hospital, call yor counselor, call 911, or call a very supportive person in your life that will help you. Yes, I feel like you are on alot of meds but that is not the end of the world because I am on as many. Life is hard but do not give up. If you need to talk you can sign into my profile. God Bless
