I am not aware of any that help with weight loss, but there are plenty that do not cause weight gain.

Beware of Paxil and the Tetra-cyclic Remeron. The two king's of weight gain antidepressants.

I must ask, when your depression and anxiety are really bad do you still feel hungry?
I was just wondering because when my condition gets bad, I can not eat a bite of food and I drop pound in a scary way.
