weight gain on Zoloft & Buspirone

Im on 100mg Zoloft 1xdaily and 15mg Buspirone, my weight has gone up 12 lbs in two months, Im using a treadmil and still my weight inceases, have cut back on eatng due to high cholestrol. I feel mentally improved but physically worse because Im uncomfortable with the weight and want to stop both meds.

i was talking to a friend last night and she said she liked zoloft because she didnt gain weight do you think it could be the other drug?

possibly, Im concerned, I had taken Welbutrin for a few years and felt it worked except I couldnt sleep and felt anxious at times...The zoloft did help, I felt Im sleeping better than I have in years, not great, but better, I dont feel as anxious, but seem more depressed concentrating on weight gain. I know I wont contiue it

i dont know i would ather be a little over weight an feel mentay ok than skinny and depressed but that is just me i am going to make a doctors appointment and get back on an antidepresant im just wondering what to take as there are so many thank you
