welbutrin and seroquel

I am taking Welbutrin for a few months and now they added seroquel for depression.  I have been taking the seroquel for over 3 weeks, not sure why he had me try adding that.  I have already tried effexor, cymbalta and abilify and nothing is working.  Feel like doing nothing but laying around, missing out on enjoying my hunting!  Also cry at any time for no reason. I also take Suboxone for pain.   What next??? go back to the dr every month and it is always trial and error. getting very frustrated.  Has anyone had any luck with another AD?  What about Lexapro or zoloft? Please...I'll take any advice i can get.

It's difficult going through what your obviously going through and feeling frustrated by it as your feeling the loss of all aspects of your life which bring you pleasure but you need to be gentle with yourself, keep yourself safe and as sociable as you are able attempting to fight your illness by eatting healthily and minimizing other things which may dampen or worsen your mood. With being on the merry go round of medication it can be quite a frustrating experience as you need to chat with those involved with your care to explore what meducation options and other things maybe appropriate for you. I'm sorry but it appears that meds work along a conditinium from working fully right along to not working at all; this appears as different meds working better for some people and for different lengths of time than others. Sadly you've been there yourself as the dark days have returned.

One thing that i've found helpful of late has been to work out or identify what sort of depression I suffer from and then read up these groups of symptoms are largely treated and with what meds on the intranet. This has infomed me better with my discussions with my GP about what treatment options i'm wishing to explore as my depression has become more difficult to lift / treat.  Hang in there as there are many different meds options and others things that maybe effective for you both now and when your illness has become some what responsive to treatment.
