wellbutrin withdrawal

I have been on 300mg of bupropion for 22 years. last year my doc ordered zoloft 50mg for anxiety. I now want to get off of both and am concerned about withdrawal, particularly zoloft as I have read a lot of horror stories. I have an appt w my doc but dont expect much. Does anyone have experience getting off of either? Which first? 10% per month and one at a time I have read but would like to hear from someone who has done it.
