wellbutrin withdrawal

I have been on Wellbutrin 300 XL for 9 years. I asked my FP to discontinue it and she tapered it off for a month. That ended 2 weeks ago. I feel horrible, achy, painful joints, insomnia, yet very fatigued. Are these side effect withdrawal symptoms and how long shoud they last?

It sounds as if u came off far too quickly, u have been on this drug for 9 long years it should of been tapered off over a couple of months not in one month....too fast! Your body is suffering from not having it in ur system any more, go back and have a word with ur doc who may reintroduce it at a low dose and the ween u off at a slower pace....

I was on Paxil for 12yrs in total and it took me roughly 4 months to ween off completely..... to get to a place where i didn't get withdrawal.
