i have been having severe mood swings and rage I have attacked my partner i cry a lot i smash things me and my partner fight a lot he has been abusive to me for 6 yrs now i just lose it i feel like he made me insane i dont want to leave my house and am always thinking about suicide

Med Help has several forums you may like.

I understand that leaving a husband is one of the most difficult decisions we can make. Do you have anyone to discuss this with in your life?

A counselor? Friend? Family? Here in Orlando, Fl there are shelters that offer counseling..I believe it free for women who are in abusive relationships.

Do keep posting here...good for you to reach out.

How come you have stayed with him for 6 years if he is abusive?  Do you love him so much you can forgive him the abuse?

Have you been diagnosed with depression?

I see that it would be difficult to leave, but are you prepared for this man to drive you to suicide?  You must do something.
