Your medications may not have had time to reach full therapeutic levels in your body.  If you feel no better in a week or two, contact your prescribing doctor right away about this.  Have you tried therapy?  Therapy can teach you how NOT to worry so much.  I hope you start to feel better real soon, if not then your doctor will want to increase your dosage or change medications.  Work closely with your doctor on this, he can't help if he doesn't know what's going on.  I wish you all the best and take care!

Redirect those thoughts. Refuse them! Over and over again! Take some control on your own. Get frequent counseling, (try a free EAP program at work or county assisted program where you live by calling social services/DHR) and get a second opinion. Never stop meds before talking to your doctor. The effects can be SEVERE!
