zoloft and depakote

I have been diagnosed with depression and have been on zoloft 150mg.  I went to a neurologist that says I am having partial seizures and am on 1000mg a day depakote.  I do not feel better and do not know what to do next.  I do not feel I have a seizure spell since uping the depakote but I am sick at my stomach on and off.  I just generally feel bad all the time.  HELP!!

it would be good to know how long you have been on Zoloft. It could shed some light on how you feel and if you will eventually get better.

As for the seizures you can try different medications that can do well without giving you bad side effects. Everyone is different with drugs, one size doesn't fit all.

The list of anti-seizure medications is long. the only thing I recommend not using is a benzodiazepine for seizure and the use of Wellbutrin as an antidepressant.
