Red rashes/tiny bumps on Penis head...Please tell me its not a STD

Hello,

Its the first time something has happened like this. I did not have sex for last 6 months and recently i started having protected sex with a girl I met. We had sex total of three times in last week. Third time was before two days (Sunday). I used to condom, and after i came back home I didnt wash my penis and slept. The next day I see all this tiny red bumps on the head and shaft. Its not itchy or painful but little smelly. I searched on internet and I the closest thing I found out is genital warts. Maybe, guys will understand but I am scared as Hell. I can't sleep at night and seems like the end of my sexual life. Please help me figure out what it looks like If its a std, infection or just irritation.
