Hello,
Chicken pox scars are very tough to treat. Apply hydroquinone cream or creams containing vitamin E on the scars and if it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, photodermabrasion or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Hi! Can you help me too. I'm Cj 18 years old. i had a chicken pox last Feb. so it's almost a year ago already and I was really worried now because i still have the marks in my whole body. I really had many chicken pox before and it leaves many scars. I have white marks in my face
in my legs. I went to a dermatologist before and she have told me that it will really take time for me to get rid of my scars since i have a mid brown skin tone or tan. These scars really affect my life, I can't go outside without my make up, i always wear my concealer which the dermatologist recommended me, cinema secrets is the brand and it mildly covers my scars on my face
on my legs. Also, for how many months i wasn't be able to go to a beach because i cannot wear my 2 piece or swimsuit. Please give me advice on what cream should i use and where i can buy it. Or any natural treatment for my scars since I really have lack of budget for it. Thank you so much!
