conserned mark sorry wrong picture

I posted a question and picture about a red-pink mark on the head of my penis that I have had about three months. You said it was Cherry angiomas, I researched that and that looks like it but I am also concerned that it could be genital warts for the reason it is not also red.  I have noticed another very small red mark by the tip of my penis that looks the same but smaller than a pin head.  Most of the time it is a like pink color, usually it turns red after sex or irritation..  I am really short on money and don't have insurance.  Is there anyone you can recommend in Birmingham, AL.  I am posting another picture but this time it isn't red.  My girlfriend still does not have anything one her.  I still have no pain, bleeding, or nothing.  I just really want to get it gone.

Flat wart can be possible but looking at the picture,it does not look like flat wart.Moreover flat warts usually appear in clusters and do not appear as solitary lesion.Genital warts on the other hand appear as small cauliflower like growth.As the rash turns red after intercourse,it can be because of a small freckle or rash on the skin which gets aggravated by friction rub.

A consultation of a dermatologist will be the best.
