strange bump on shaft of penis

untill abut 2-3 days ago i always had this strange mark that looked liek a black head on the shaft of my penis, about halfway. i decided to sqeeze it to see if it would do anythign to get rid of it. it did shrink in size after because white puss did come out.

and about 2-3 days ago it has massivley increased in size . it is about the size of a green pea. i have tried squeezing it one more time. a large amount of puss did leave, like a pimple, it shows no form of a black head or white head but is just large and red. i have tried icing it to stop the swelling, it did seem to help but it hasnt decreased in size very much

any idea if it is a pimple or just an infection from squeezing it previously
and mroe importantly what i can do to get rid of it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This could be a sebaceous cyst, a closed sac below the surface of the skin that has a lining that resembles a hair follicle and fills with a fatty white, semi-solid material called sebum. This arises from swollen follicles or trauma. They are usually slow- growing, painless, freely movable lumps beneath the skin. If it persists, have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management. Placing a warm moist cloth over the area may help the cyst drain and heal. Take care and regards.
