1 yr. old w/red splotches spreading no itch

My granddaughter was accidentally ran into and was forcefully pushed into the refridgerator.  She landed on her right cheek w/ her head turned to the left and her hand went under the refridg.  She is ok but a red splotches are now all over her neck [and behind her ears] and moving down her torso.  She also sometimes hold her right check but is eating, sleeping, all as normal.  I am very concerned.  the red splotches do not itch but do seem a little rough.  That was 3 days ago.  She started with just the neck and this morning it is all around her torso.

Hello,
From the symptoms, the red rashes sound like friction rub or abrasions. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist and get it examined. Topical steroids may be needed but at such a young age, the diagnosis needs to be confirmed first because we cannot have the hit and trial attitude here.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
