13y/o in need of advise

I am 13, and I have never had sex or , but just recently I have found two small, purple-ish, pimple like lumps on the top of my vagina. It hurts most of the time, but mainly when I wear jeans or if I put pressure on it. I only noticed it a few days ago. Should I be worried? What is it and how long will it take to go away?
