2 Pimple like red lumps in chest for 1 year

I had these 2 pimple like lumps 1cm in diameter in my chest for almost A YEAR. Whenever I try to pop it, it just wont and it just turns red like its permanent there already. It doesnt feel itchy or anything. But then, when I touch it, the feeling is different compared to when touching the clear parts of my skin.

My previous doctors diagnosed it as chest acne and recommended airol which is .05% tretinoin lotion. Obviously it didn't work.

So my question is what am I supposed to do with it? Any over the counter medications?

These skin bumps can be sebaceous cysts, seborrheic keratosis or some benign growths of the skin. A biopsy skin will help in confirming the diagnosis. So I would definitely suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get a biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis.
