2 lumps on face

I have 2 dime to nickle size lumps on the right side of my face.  One is across from my chin and jawline area.  The other one is almost touching the outside of my eyelids to my eyebrows.  They do not hurt at all. The chin/jawline one has been there for about 2 yrs and the eyelid/brow one is only about 8-12 months old.  I can move a ball around in them.  I have tried to pop them, to no avail.  People notice them right off the bat and I hate people looking at me because of it.

I also have a raised red thing on my nose.  Its about pencil lead thick, and flaps in the air so to speak. Only one end is attached to my nose.

What can I do other than seeing a dr about these?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms of the lump, sebaceous cysts and benign skin growths need to be evaluated and the lump on the nose can be a skin tag or a cutaneous horn. A cutaneous horn a conical projection above the surface of the skin that resembles a miniature horn. Cutaneous horns usually are asymptomatic. But sometimes they can become inflamed and cause pain.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
