2 y/o with hand foot mouth and peri rash

My daughter developed what looked like thrush in her mouth in August. She had small vesicular bumps around her mouth. I treated with anti fungal cream and it went away after about 2 wks. She developed red vesicular bumps on the tops of her hands and feet toward the end of this. I then suspected chicken pox. She has been vaccinated so maybe this was a mild case. She still has these bumps and has an ongoing peri rash mostly in leg creases and external labia. (has gone inside a little) This rash seems to just move around in that area. Healing consists of circular drying around each bump.(pimple size) I don't know what is inside the vesicals. It looks white but I don't suspect bacterial. I have tried antifungal, antibacterial and zinc oxide...even vaseline. (I know) She is currently taking a one dose a day oral antibiotic for a pos pseudomonis kidney infection 6 months ago. Is it possible this is related? Low grade fever occassionally but poss from a cold. I hesitate to go to a Dr as she has been through a bit in the last year and I really don't believe it warrents a visit as it doesn't seem to be very bothersome for her. (more me I guess)Her ped. is somewhat vague with input at this point. I have researched hand foot and mouth and this really doesn't match the description or photos I've seen. (despite the locations). I'm afraid there's not much I can say.  Certainly chiceknpox or fungus seem unlikely, to say the least.  I would agree that the symptoms don't sound severe enough to make a doctor's visit absolutley essential at this point.  I'm also not sure what you mean by the "vagueness" of your pediatrician's input.  Have you showed him or her this particular problem?  If not, perhaps you shoud at the next regular visit.
