20 month daughter rash

recently my toddler has developed a rash,it started on her knees and mid thigh areas.its small almost pinpoint areas sometimes they look fluid filled.they have not ever ruptured,and some days are very faint,other days very red and blistered up.most recently weve noted some on the left side of her trunk,and mid vaginal area.the area vaginal looks the same although the skin has started to peel like a burn almost.this doesnt seem to bother her at all .ive tried nystatin ung. it hasnt helped,ive also tried zinc no change noted still red bumpy and peeling.any suggestions.weve not changed soap or detergent.thanks for your time serena

It's hard to tell from your description, but at your daughter's age, the most likely rash is eczema.  This is hardly ever related to changes in soaps and detergents.  I would try over-the-counter hydrocrtisone 1% and show the rash to your pediatrician or family doctor.
