3 Dermatology Problems

Hi, I sure hope someone here can help me.

I've had 3 problems recently with my skin within a short period of time
1) There have been some small white bumps growing on my penile shaft and foreskin. They do not itch. They appeared about a week ago. It started off with just a few then more appeared. most of them are on the top side of my penis and the underside only has 2.

2) there have been some bumps (flesh like in colour) growing in my pubic hair area. They don't really itch but only itch when i touch them (i.e. when i shower and what not) At first i thought they were ingrown hairs but they're pretty solid and nothing comes out when I've unintentionally and intentionally scratched them open. There's nothing in side the bump. This happened after a few days I discovered problem 1

3) Since Sunday (today is Wednesday 1am) I've been slowly developing a rash on  my body. It started on my arms by the Biceps and Triceps area and lower back. As of today, after i took a shower, I notice some on my stomach and forearms. They are itchy and very small. Some are reddish but you can't really tell they are there unless you touch them or if they're on paler parts of my body.

I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow, but I wanted to see what other people think I might have.
I can provide pictures if it helps out.

here's a brief history of me that I think may help get me some answer:

- I'm 26, Chinese, 5'11", 190lbs Male
- I am sexually active but I have had only one partner ever up to this point. We've had protected and unprotected sex. She has had about 2 partners prior to me. She has had some bumps that grew on her vaginal area but now have subsided.
- I'm allergic to dog and cat dander, as well as pollen.
- I work as a lifeguard/swim instructor so I'm always in a Chlorinated Pool as well as in constant contact with people.
- I was recently sick with a cold. I took Antibiotics (Amoxillan[sp?]) and some cough syrup (Benalyn)
- I was recently at my friends house who has 2 dogs and a cat

That's all I can think of for now.
If anyone can guide me to some sort of information I would be forever grateful

Thank you for reading
Thanks in advance

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug), scabies if they are too itchy or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). The bumps on your shoulder can be due to heat rash or infected hair follicles or hives.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken. If the bumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
