3 very noticable white raised bumps on back of penis

Hello,

For about 3 years now I have had these 3 white bumps slowly but surely growing on the back right side of my penis(more specifically right where the penis head connects). they dont hurt unless you try to pull them off, and they dont itch or cause any irritation. At first I thought they were regular pimples but i was sadly mistaken and they have not gone away. They appear to have finnaly stopped growing and I am  wondering what they are, what medicins I can use to remove them if any, and who I should see to get them removed. I just turned 18 and am not sexually active yet so it shouldn't be a STD.I also have these brown not raised spots on the back of my penis as well that I have no idea what they are. Pleaseeee help me out here doc!!

From the symptoms it can be folliculitis, cysts or some benign skin growth. These brown spots can be due to Fordyce spots. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
