4 year with acne like hitng on face

Hello. My son is 4. He has had these 4 litle things that look some what like pimples, but not really. they look like they are clear in the middle as if there is some puss in them. they are not white. and they are under his eye near his nose and 4 of them in a line. he has had them 4 about 3 months now. they have not increased or decreased in size. should I have him be seen by a dermatologist?
