5 biopsies=derma fibroids

I've 5 lesions removed in awkward places and all tested as derma fibroids. I have unsightly scarring from the biopsies and wanted to know if Maderma will really help rid me of the surgical scares? Also, now that I've had them will I get them again? If yes is there anything I can do to prevent them from forming again?
