8 year old boy with dime-sized (almost) wart on face

Hi!  My son has been dealing with warts since he was four.  We have been to three dermatologists that have frozen them, used "bug juice", duct tape, Compound W bandages, and now we are using Aldera.  He has them under his nose (the biggest one that is mostly flat with raised areas, and also on his thumb, a patch on his leg and a couple on his arm.  If we could just get rid of the one on his face we would be thrilled (it is almost the size of a dime)!  Kids and adults both ask him all of the time if he needs to go blow his nose or ask him, "What is on your face?". He is of course, becoming self-conscience about it.  The Aldera worked great on part of the wart on his face but the other half is not responding, except for to slowly grow.  I know there is no quick fix, but I figured you might could help! What do you think would be the best course of treatment for this situation? Thank you so much!

I would freeze the wart using liquid nitrogen applied on a cotton swab.  This is tolerable for an 8-year-old, does not scar, and works on facial warts if it's repeated enough times.  Overall, the warts will stop bothering him sooner rather than later.  Aldara is tedious and irritating and often fails.

Best.
