A couple of questions for you

I am a bit paranoid since I found out a partner told me she has HPV from a routine physical where she got a pap smear. I have been inpecting my gentital area so please excuse any excessive paranoid questions since this is my first std experience & I am worried that I have an STD or something worse/more.

1) I recevived unprotected oral from the woman over 12 months ago and never had any std issues previous to this partner. Upon closer inspection, I noticed symmetrical, painless, non-itchy flesh colored bumps on the bottom shaft of penis on the scrotom side.  I am not sure if these were always there b/c I never had to look on that side of my penis.  I have a lot pubic hair at the bottom shaft of and up my penis and whenever I pull on those pubic hairs, bumps at the follicle end appear...sort of like goose bumps similar in appearance to the bumps mentioned above upon inspection.  Are these bumps Sebaceous Prominence?  Is it typcial for bumps on shaft to appear if groin hair is pulled out or falls out?  I have no other symptoms (i.e. painful urination).  Or are these HPV warts?

2)After doing some research, there seems to be less danger for men for HPV and HPV testing for men is not available or is too inaccurate to reliable.  Is this correct? Or are there accurate tests I can do?

3)She also told me that her doctor recommended her to get an HIV test upon idenfying HPV?  Why is this...Is there a high correlation between HPV and HIV infected individuals?  If so, how likely is it?  This gets me really worried.  Do I need to get an HIV test myself?

4)I am not sure when it happened but I assumed it was from jock itch (which I believe I had problems with) but I have light purple/bluish vertical streaks (.5-1.5 in length) in my inner thighs some cases extending to the groin.  On these steaks, the skin is wrinkled in appearance (unless I stretch them out) & a bit indented.  Actually the skin around there is all a bit wrinkled. Is this relatd to HPV?  Does it come from jock itch?  Are these strech marks?

5) I think last year, I had what appears to be an rash on my waist on my back side. I am not sure if it was before or after the meeting with this girl but the rash lasted about 4-6 weeks.  I do recall it was purplish pimply, mildly itchy, and sometime minor bleeding occured due to the itching.  Could this be a std symptom related to HPV, another STD, allergic reaction, folliculitus (folliculitis)?  The area has all healed, looks fine and I have not had a problems since.  Do dry cleaned clothes have a lot of chemical solvents that start rashes?  Could this rash been triggered by excessive sweating and lack of cleaning the pores in this area?

I am not sure if this is related to a STD but I am paranoid now and want to address all my issues

Thanks for your patience and help.

1.  I think these are small cysts (what you refer to as sebaceous prominence), and therefore normal.
2.  There are no HPV tests I know of other than inspection.  Vinegar tests are not reliable.
3.  Because people with one STD often have more, multiple tests are recommended.  However, you probably don't even have one STD.
4.  I think these are blood vessels visible through the skin that you just never looked at before.
5.  I don't know, but I can't see any connection.

You certainly need an HIV test (12 months is long enough to make a negative one reliable).  While you're at it, get all other testable STD's tested for too.  And have your red lines and bumps looked at.  And avoid unprotected sex.

Best.

Could the rash around my waist on my lower back be herpes?
