A couple questions about washing and stuff

by Hemanshu, Aug 27, 1999 12:00AM
I got a few questions
   1. How long after washing should I wait to apply some type of cream like benzoyl peroxide?
   2. Would you recommend that new Ponds Institute foam wash for fighting acne or is it not stroung enough?
3.When would you say are the best times to wash?
   4. I heard good things about eating vitamin Zinc and the healing of acne. Is this at all true?
                                      Thank You

Hemanshu:

1. No need to wait.
2. Not a bad product but nothing special.  If acne is not responding, I suggest a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid cleanser.
3. Morning and night.
4. Studies which showed the effectiveness of oral zinc have not been substantiated.  It may help, but there's no clear evidence.

Best.
