A questin about information on Melanoma

I have this one question - could a mole that looks atypical, but is not changing in size or color for 6 months be melanoma?
I'm self following my moles, due to poor health care in my region and the lack of money I have.
I have a lot of moles that look atypical in matters of border, symmetry and one color.
Can someone please answer my question - if a mole isn't changing for 6 months could it still be melanoma?

Also can someone please take a look at these photos and give me an opinion. I know that diagnosis isn't made over the internet, that's why I'm planing at the end of january to visit a dermatologist because all this drives me crazy, but until then there is a lot of time.I'm 24 years old, female, with no history of sunburns or sunbathing as a child, but with a severe sunburn at the age of 21 and a follow up of solarium bathing for 4 times a month for around 2 years.Brown eyes and hair, white, fair skin.

1) This mole is on my leg - 2 mm by 3 mm - present for 1 year - hasn't been noticed any change since the 6 month self check I make.

2) This mole is on my leg - 2 mm by 2 mm - present for many years since I know myself - it is absolutely flat though on the photo it doesn't look flat - the black spot in one corner I have no idea since when it is present there, because I payed attention to it when I started checking my moles 6 months ago - no change in it since then.

3) This mole is on my shoulder - 4 mm by 3 mm - present from 1 year on the place of a pimple - no change in 6 months

4)This mole is on my arm - 3 mm by 3 mm - present since birth - no change in it

These are my most worrisome moles to the ABCDE rule, should I keep worrying?

Hello,
From the pictures they looks like moles only but you should get them evaluated because without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough. Melanomas are usually >6 mm in size, with irregular borders ,asymmetrical and dark in color. If there is any change in these parameters or it becomes itchy, bleeds or painful, then it should be evaluated for melanoma.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Warm regards.
