ACL / Maniscus surgery (hemotoma under incision internal)

I had ACL / MANISCUS surgery last april 2012. I Hit my incision 4 different times from nov-December moving. I have been back to surgeon because my incision swelled 2 weeks then ruptured out ooz  for 2 weeks stopped for 2 days now has done the same thing over and it will not quit swelling and oozing. they did blood work ultrasound bone xray all was well but i can not afford to go back to the doctor every week to follow up. Is this a hemotoma under the incision and will it heal on its own. I cover it letting it breath day and night because it bothers me and burns hurts. I am on my feet all day though. Please give me some insight I truly would like to hear it is going to go away on its own if this is true.

Hello,
It does not look like meniscus rejection. It looks like infection of the surgery site. Since it is painful, there are more chances of infection. You should get it evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

i have had a culture and all the testing and still no outcome of what the issue is.. I am going back to the doctor after these couple of months of burning and hurting. Do you think maybe my body could be rejecting the screw?

Hello,
It looks like there is infection of the incision site. If not treated it can cause cellulitis or abscess formation. Since it is discharging, to confirm the diagnosis, you need to get a culture sensitivity of the discharge done to confirm the diagnosis. If it is bacterial infection then you would need a course of antibiotics or incision and drainage (in severe cases).
