The best treatment I know of is
Drysol, a prescription antiperspirant. Apply it nightly for 10 days, then about once a week thereafter. Under the arms, it does an excellent job.

I don't have diabetes or glocoma (as far as I know) but these do run in my family. Also, is it possible that diet can some how impact the amount of seating? I used to drink alot of Diet Coke, but have stopped completely thinking that was the problem, but now I seem to sweat now even more...
