Abnormal epithieal cells

Hi, I have these white spots on the inside of my cheeks, both sides. a white tongue. a metallic taste in my mouth.
I scrapped off some the tissue and put it under a microscope. I think it is a fungi in its hypha stage.  
Here are some picture I made. These are stained with different dyes.

Here is a picture of some spores, I Think. This sample was taken from spit first thing in the mourning.  The arrows point to budding yeasts, I Think.

What are all the round things? more spores? There are clusters.
