About to give up

About to give up

I am a 54 year old female executive. I have had oily skin since my teens. I thought with menopause, this would finally go away. I reached official menopause in May and my skin hasn't changed as far as being oily. I suffer very enlarged pores, black heads and a few pimples. I use retin A cream and a mineral makeup. I also have several pronounced broken capillaries along the sides of my nose.
1. Will accutane clear up the oil and help the pores appear smaller, reducing blackheads and pimples?
2. Is there an effective therapy for the broken capillaries?
3. What products/procedures are best for aging skin?

I have given up hope of ever having pretty skin....I'd just like to have skin I don't feel like has to be covered by heavy makeup day and night, only to have an oil slick develop causing the makeup to slide and be blotted off by midday.
Please help.

Thanks midwayusa
