Accutane and sores that won't heal

I was taking accutane for about 9 weeks and was doing pretty well. I had chapped lips as expected but they just got worse as the weeks went by. About 2 weeks ago I can only assume I ate something that caused fold of my lips to get raw and created a sore. Before taking accutane when something like this happened it was usually gone within a day or two. Since the cut appeared (almost as if I had a papercut) it has just gotten worse and worse. I put neosporin on it, the doctor said to switch to Aquaphor and nothing will work. Every day it peels and clear fluids come. It hurts to open my mouth wide to eat. It bleeds and looks gross. I have not taken Accutane for about 2 weeks. My lips are back to normal but this sore WILL NOT HEAL. I know it's not a cold sore either.
