Accutane not working?

i started on accutane a month and a half ago, broke out fairly badly then things seemed to get better, I was delighted but now i seem to be breaking out again, I'm really worried this means roaccutane won't work for me, any advice?

Along with accutane, avoid sun exposure, tru topical and oral antibiotics, hormonal therapy, dermabrasion , phototherapy or laser resurfacing. Normally a combination of treatments is followed and if nothing proves effective then dermabrasion and laser therapy are useful. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

They are probably too harsh if you stay on the Accutane, but I wish I could have tried tea tree oil or white vinegar when I had oily skin and breakouts.  Didn't know about those.  I never tried Accutane.
