Accutane

I have been on accutane for a two weeks now and except for my tongue feeling about the size of a school bus, and my lips being parched all the time I have had no side effects nor any noticible effects, except that my skin all over my chest and back have not developed red marks which hurt when pressed on. I have stopped shaving my chest at the incistence of my doctor, but I am wondering whether the red marks will go away, or will I have to get treatment. I am willing to burn them off in a fireplace as they are actually the main thing that causes me to get upset. I also have tremendous swelling of my face after sleep due to the cysts everywhere. Is this normal? It was like this before I started the Roaccutaine.

The red marks would go away partially, and you may need some treatment to completely cure it.
It is normal to have some swelling at the site of the cysts. But if this makes you anxious, you should confirm the condition with your doctor who may be able to help you.
