Acne, pores, lumps on Penis

Doctors. Call me D. I have had a problem for as long as I can remember, I was too insecure to go to DR. as a kid and teen.Here it is... About 1 inch down from the head of my penis on the underside starts a darker line that goes straight down my "tube" and symmetrical down my scrotum.I believe the darkness to be a problem with my pores. you can't really see the pores until you look at where the shaft meets the scrotum. At that point the darkness expands a bit and a few pores appear almost "open." I feel bumps all down the line, they almost feel internal and aren't necessarly sticking out until i put pressure under them to investigate. As i said the line continues down the scrotum and the white bumbs are more prevalent on the scrotum and spread over.  these are really only noticed when i again play with my skin and force them up. I can ocassionally pop a white puss, just like a whitehead when one "surfaces". Im more worried about the shaft and the point where the shaft meets scrotum, this is the worst looking spot.  as mentioned the pores are visible and when i feel underneath and move skin the white bumps are bigger underneath there and look almost like hair follicles. I try and pop them but they get irrated and it hurts.  the skin is fairly smooth in the dark "line" but its a little rough. and with taking the skin between thumb and index finger you can really feel the little bumbs that are "in" there.  I finally went to a general DR when I was twenty (25 now), i was having pain in my testes and finally bit the bullet and had courage to ask about this problem, he was a terrible DR and said he wanted some time to look some things up in office, he came back and said it was just a problem with my pores and i was fine.  i was so relieved i didn't inquire further or ask how to improve appearance.  This problem like i said has been there for a long time, and before i was sexually active. i have literally struggled with this my whole life and have some repressed worry and ? going on.  any help provided is a huge relief.  ready to get this taken care of and will go to a new dr. but want opinions*. Please post follow up and ask further ? if you want, i want to explain best i can but its difficult.  thanks  D.

You have a normal penis.  What you're describing is not an abnormality at all.  Many men have it.  It means nothing.  Please see a doctor who knows what a penis is supposed to look like without having to look it up.  Then stop squeezing the little cysts you're talking about and forget about it.

i have heard from a few people in here that they have the same problem, little white head like bumps on the underside of the penis, i keep hearing that it is normal and not to worry, i was just curious if there is an over the counter treatment or something maybe a prescription, i know i should see a doctor about it, i will, i guess i am just wondering can this ever go away. It would be kind of embarassing if a girl were to give me oral sex and discover this problem she may think it was something more serious, I just want this problem gone, so please give me some treatment advice.

Well ive had some white head bumps on the shaft of my penis for a month and finally went to the Dr. about it. He stated that this is not warts or anything relating to an STD but more along the lines of moisture that builds up which eventually protrudes above the skin. Although its normal as he says i will have to have them removed Electronically. Can someone add more to this as this is all new to me.

I also have a line along all the left-upperside of my penis. I don't see anything white there.

But when I pull the skin, I can see it start from about 1 cm(or even less) away from the head. It seems to have something something dark-bluish in it and I can also hold what's in there with my fingers. What worries me the most is that the part near the head is very "swallowed", that is, it sticks out very much. I also get regularly red spots on either the prepuce or on the head, which dissapear in a few hours.

Is all of this normal? I'm making a lot of worries and I tried to see a doctor the other day, but he was on a "medical", so I'll have to find another one. I also have itches down there, but they started very recently, when I started to have worries.

PS: I'm 18 now.

this is something that has plauged my life too, it's diffucult to get close to a girl u like (or even love) when you know she's going to run a mile when she see's your 'little buddy' is covered in little white bumps that puss if u squeeze em.

i too have been to a dermatologist and GP who have both told me it's "normal", just inflammed hair folicles. the problem is it doesnt feel normal, last time i checked, male genitals weren't supposed to puss. i cant seem to have any meaningful relationship because im too afraid a girl will take one look and i'll become the butt of the biggest joke in town.

the result of all this is im 21 and have never had sex because i cant stand the thought of anyone looking at my tool and thinking i've got an std.

ive lost many relationships over this and it doesnt seem like there's anything i can do about it. does lazer surgery hurt?
