You may need to apply topical medication such as isotretinoin in the area. You also need oral antibiotics for this. If cystic acne persists then you may need oral isotretinoin to help alleviate the condition. I understand that seeing a physician may take time ,money and effort, however when oral medications are concerned which I feel you need ,then a physician consult will be necessary to guide you with the medications.
