Acne/Pimple or red bumpy rash on the scalp of 11 month old baby

My 11 month old baby has eczema when she was 2 months. But she never got any rashes/acne/pimples on her head. The pimples look red and very small small in size. They are ***** and itchy. My daughter keeps scratching her head all the time. They are on the back of the head towards top. Please let me know if any of you had past experience with this kind of situation. I have taken pediatrician appointment but it is 5 days from today. In the mean time is there a home remedy ? Thanks for your help in advance.
