Acne and marks on back and shoulders!

Hi, a couple of months ago, as the title of this post sugests ive started to get some acne mainly on my upper back and now also on my shoulders too. Cant believe it how it looks now and how it used to look (i was clear, and even used to make fun of my sister's acne on her back!). Damn puberty... =p

What's the best product (cream or natural) that would get rid of these marks and acne effectively?

I really appreciate some replies,

Hi,

Acne will have to be assessed and graded by your dermatologist.The less severe forms may require only topical medications. More severe forms may require injections and surgery.

Seek consult with your dermatologist. Do not pick on the acne since this may cause scarring or may be infected. Keep your skin dry and avoid long exposures to heat and dryness. Avoid any irritants ,drink lots of fluids, exercise and get adequate amounts of sleep.
