Acne of the torso is hard to treat with topical (externalExternal incontinence devices) things. Your doctor may want to consider adding an oral antibiotic like doxycycline. Another thought: sometimes pimples off the face are caused by staph germs and aren't regular acne. This needs a different antibiotic. Perhaps your doctor may want to culture some of the pimpoles to look into this.
