Acne bad...

I have always dealt with bad acne. It began in middle school, and over the years it has gotten worse. I have tried many items on the market, and nothing has seemed to work for me. Since my break outs began in middle school, I have always been faithful to a skin regimen; washing my face twice a day. Only recently have I heard that one is suppose to moisturize their face as well. For a month now, I have been using Aveeno products and moisturizing with Aveeno Clear Complexion as well as vitamin B complex as a dietary supplement. If anything at all, my acne has seemed to have gotten worse. I am feeling a bit self conscious about this.  I have some photos if anyone would like to see them, and maybe suggest something. I feel as if I am at the end of my rope with this, and its getting more difficult to say optimistic... PLEASE help.
