Acne on Penis

I recently had sex with a new partner. Before I went over there I shaved my whole penis with a razor and just water. The next day I found 4 small red bumps around the bottom of my shaft. I popped them all and every time white pus came out just like a pimple. 3 of them went away and I still have one but it’s been a month since I had sex with her. Almost every day I will squeeze it and its white pus and clear liquid comes out. It is a pretty good size. It doesn’t hurt at all, doesn’t hurt when I pee or masturbate. I think the clear liquid is skin oil. I don’t know what it is and it won’t go away. Can you help me out? I am scared to death to go to the doctor.
