I have had eczema for 18 years so I always have eczema cream on my hands and outer lips but I tend to lick my lips straight after eating the cream will this harm me or affect my brain?

Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Topical steroids and emollients are used for eczema and hence it is not advisable to lick this cream as it is not without side effects like atrophy skin, dermatitis, thinned skin, telangiectasia and other systemic side effects.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
