Adrenergic Urticaria? Or could it be Raynaud's?

Adrenergic Urticaria? Or could it be Raynaud's?

I really hope you can help!

I have these white spots (halos) on my arms, legs, and chest.  They usually appear when I'm cold, however, they can show up at pretty much anytime.  They are not 'on' my skin... they are under the skin.  I went to a dermatologist last May who told me that I had adrenergic urticaria.  I cannot find much on this condition.  I, however, think that I might have Raynaud's syndrome.

In 2006, I had a baby and I decided to breastfeed!  It was horrible!  I was treated for thrush multiple times but nothing ever worked.  My nipples hurt SO BAD and would turn completely white and then they would get really blue (almost black) on the tips.  Well, because of latching problems and severe pain in my breasts, I decided to pump which lasted for about 13 months.  That was about 20 months ago... and my nipples are still changing colors (triphase... white, pink, and/or blue).  I have read all about Raynaud's nipple online and although my doctor never mentioned it... I really think that is what I had (or have)!!!  I would actually bet my life on it!  The symptoms described are EXACTLY the same as mine!  I do not have breast pain any longer (post-breastfeeding), however, I still have the color changes in my nipples.

Okay, so back to these white spots!  I have had them for several years now but they have continuously worsened over time.  I am so embarrassed of them.  They are much more noticeable in the summer when I am tan... the white halo appearance is much more prevelant!  They come and go.  I see them the most right after a shower.  It really seems to be a circulation problem.  People ask me about them all of the time!  So I was wondering if you have ever heard of this type of symptom associated with Raynaud's?  I have white spots (blanching around tiny capillaries) that show up on the arms, legs, and chest.  If you look at them under a high powered magnifying glass then you can see a tiny little red dot right in the center of EVERY white dot (halo)!  How do you test someone for Raynaud's?  Is there medication for treating Raynaud's?

I am always cold!  My whole body (especially my lower legs and feet) turn a purple-like color if I stand for any period of time!  The white spots are extremely present and visable in those areas where I have poor circulation.  I hate to wear anything other than long sleeves and long pants because the spots are really noticable.  If I'm working out or relatively warm then they don't show up at all.  I feel like my legs are always tingley as if they want to "fall asleep" so I am constantly shaking my legs or moving around.  The doctor said that I do not have RLS.  So what else could it be?  I am really inclined to believe that it is associated with Raynaud's!

I went to a vascular surgeon but he had never seen anyone with this problem before and referred me to a dermatologist.  As I said, the dermatologist thinks it's adrenergic urticaria.  What the heck is adrenergic urticaria?  I read a little blurp about it but I couldn't understand a word of what I was reading!  Is there an oral medication for treating AU?  The doctor gave me a prescription for a topical antihistamine... and it didn't do anything!

Thanks for your time and response!
