Aldera on Molluscum

Hi everyone,

I was diagnosed with pubic MC yesterday and the dermatologist proceeded to freeze the lesions using liquid nitrogen.  She told me somethign about when to use aldera (immiquimod), but i wasnt sure.  Should i begin using the cream right away even though the spots where my lesions were frozen are still very big and purple?  She told me to get the spots that werent covered by freezing but i am not sure if i start putting it on right away (3 times a week) or wait until the scabs fall off?
