Allergy or Infection?

I have this skin condition that persisted for almost two years now. If you want, you can view my photos to see my skin condition. I have been to and internist and an expert of skin diseases but there was no definite diagnosis. The rashes are not itchy and reddens when I sweat or when my body is warm. It's like lichenefied or scaly. It is localized on the trunk. I have tried using sulfur soap but it was not relieved. There was one time that the rashes disappeared, that was when I spent most of my time in cool airconditioned room for around 6 months. The rashes progressed from minute elevated demarcated around 5mm in diameter to bigger irregular sizes as seen on my photos. There were no other members of my family who stays with me that has the same condition as I am. If anyone reads this and needs more information, I am more willing to give.
