Anhidrosis is destroying my life

I am a very misserable person because I suffer from severe Anhidrosis, which means I can't sweat no matter how hot I get or how much exercise I do. I used to sweat buckets only just 2 years ago and now I dont sweat anymore. I suffer from horrible symptoms such as 1)Absent Sweating, 2)High Body Tempreature, 3)Red Flushed Face, Neck and Upper Chest, 4)Dry Skin.

I have some questions that I need to answer by a doctor, specialist or a Anhidrosis sufferer such as my self.

1)Is there a cure for Anhidrosis?
2)Are there any clinical trials on resarch to find a cure for Anhidrosis like there is for Hyperhidrosis?
3)Are there any medications that can cause excessive sweating in a person who suffers from Anhidrosis?
4)Is there any vitamins that help in sweat production and that can cure or reverse Anhidrosis?
5)Is there any truth in the fact that Aquaporins 5 can restore sweat production in a person who suffers from Anhidrosis?
6)Is there a possibility that Stem Cells can restore sweat production in a person who suffers from Anhidrosis?
7)If I have nerve damage that is causing my Anhidrosis, can I reverse it and If I do, can my sweat production come back?
8)Can damaged sweat glands be restored to full sweat production in a person who suffers from Anhidrosis?
9)Is Vitamin B and Vitamin H can restore and increase sweat production in a person who suffers from Anhidrosis?
10)Is there possibility that Alpha Lipoic Acid can cure Anhidrosis?

PLEASE SOMEBODY TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS, I AM DESPERATE TO FIND A CURE FOR MY ANHIDROSIS

I'm sorry you are suffering so much!
As for all your questions, please allow me a little time to find some answers for you.

However, I DO know that sometimes nerve damage can get better as the nerves repair themselves. I've got nerve damage in my leg and my arms that led to completely numb pinky fingers/sides of hands and up the arms and completely numb knee. The knee is still mostly numb after just over a year however I do finally have feeling back in my hands.

Where is your nerve damage and what caused it if I may ask?

As for the Anhidrosis~ I can SERIOUSLY relate to you.

I have a rare skin disdorder that causes me to overproduce skin cells 300x faster than you therefore not be able to sweat properly leading to severe overheating (temp goes over *105) along with all the symptoms you've described.
However, after having 4 generations in our family now with the disorder we have found various ways to make the situation bearable. I can even excercise....I use this with my 3y/o son and myself.

I use a spray bottle to mist my face and arms, etc... and the water evaporates like sweat would. Yes, it's a little bulky but it helps. Also I've got a small hand held fan I use when I'm in the car or home after running errands on hot days and being overheated.  Living in SoCal it gets REALLY hot and dry in the summers= Not Fun...
Walmart actually carries spray bottles with fans in the summer for around $6 and you can probably find one online.

We have ceiling fans in each room of our home and a standing fan (box fans work too) in our bedroom... I like to be cooler at night rather than warmer.

Please allow me some time to find answers to all your questions but I'll try my best to get accurate ones for you. Please remember I am NOT a doctor, only someone with an interest and personal in Dermatological issues.

Speaking of possible nerve damage

I fear that I may have Autonomic Neuropathy which could be causing my Anhidrosis (Absent Sweating). Autonomic Neuropathy can cause either Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating) or Anhidrosis or Hypohidrosis (Absent Sweating). This reason is sadly the most likely cause of my Anhidrosis, because I cant find anything else except maybe Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 or Vitamin H defiancy that could be causing my Anhidrosis. These vitamins are necessary in the health of sweat glands and are vital in the production of sweat. If I do find out that I do have Autonomic Neuropathy, this will be very depressing for me and I dont believe I would be able to find a cure for my Anhidrosis any time soon. I hope it is the vitamin defiancy that is causing my Anhidrosis because all I would have to take is massive doses of these vitamins to restore my ability to sweat. I am so hot fror the past few months that even in air conditoned roooms in my house, I have to take many cold showers to keep cool. I am going mad because of this and I so badly want to lower my body tempreature back to normal. I also want to get rid of my red hot flushed face, neck and upper chest and I so badly want to restore my skin from being dry to the way it is now back to being the oily skin I once had 2 years ago.  I hate it when people complain that they sweat too much, if they had my condition they would stop complaing in a heart beat. I wish me and you could give our Anhidrosis to people who suffer from Hyperhidrosis and they can give us their Hyperhidrosis in return. I wish I could go back to when I litteraly sweated buckets even in cold rooms.  If I do have Autonomic Neuropathy I wished it gave me Hyperhidrosis rather than Anhidrosis.

Speaking of your rate medical condition.

I am so sorry that you are suffering from a rare medical condition that is causing you to have Anhidrosis like me. What is this horrible medical condition called. Have you looked into Stem Cell Thearapy on curing you of this rare medical condition that effects you. May be you should speak to your doctor about Aquaporins 5, because Aquaporins 5 are necessary in the health of sweat glands and aid in sweat production. I hope one day you and your family will be cured of what ever you guys have and I hope this happens very soon.

Have you thought of going to the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Arizona to cure you of your horrible rare medical condition which has a reign of terror over you and your family?
