Any ideas?

I have had a swollen gland under my chin for a couple of days.  I also have had 2-4 itchy bumps pop up on my left lower cheek since then and I originally thought they were acne but I don't think so now as the itch is deep and won't go away.  This morning I woke up and two more glands are swollen on the left side of my neck.

Lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes) is usually caused by a viral or bacterial infection. Other causes include allergic reactions, arthritis, cancer, metabolic diseases, and an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism). In your case the red bumps can be due to viral infections and lymph nodes are swelling in response to that.

Please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
