Anyone ever heard of Propecia causing a Schamberg's Disease Outbreak?

Hello. I am a 27 year old caucasian male. Up until a month ago I had been taking Propecia (hair loss medicine) for a little over the past year. I didn't have the money to refill my prescription about a month ago, so I went a week without taking the medicine. I then had the money to refill the Propecia and I continued use. However, over the past few weeks I've noticed what I would consider a serious outbreak of what I'm almost certain is Schamberg's Disease. The weird thing is that prior to starting retaking my medicine I had only ever noticed a very small patch of Schamberg's on my rightfoot. I have heard of people taking a medicine and having no side effects, discontinuing use, and then restarting but with side effects. Does anyone think that this is possible, and that perhaps the Propecia is causing my sudden outbreak? It just seems extremely rare to me that one I started retaking my Propecia that I would have a sudden outbreak of Schamberg's on my feet and lower legs. Thanks for your time!
