Anyone heard of this Home Ready? IT WORKS

by ILuvCali, Mar 05, 2008 08:49AM
I'am 2 24 year old women with nice skin but once in awhile
I do suffer from acne and break outs. Well my mom is complete opposite she
has the softest skin ever and she spends very
little $ to keep it mainteneced... My mom buys a bottle of 120 capsules of
MSM(Methlsulpnonylmethane) which is used for joint pain and a bottle of any lotion she prefers usually Jergens, then she breaks the msm capsules puts em in the lotion, shakes it up so it dissolves and uses it as a lotion.
well I tried it and it really works, my face is sooooo soft and my acne is better.
I normally dont believe in home remedies but this one is AMAZing!

Have u ever heard or tried this?

I cannot recommend using any medicine for purposes other than those for which it is licenced.
There are lots of safe ways to treat acne though. For occassional spots i use ByeByeBlemish Drying solution, you put it on overnight and the spot really has diminished by the morning.
For more widespread facial acne, the best over the counter gel I've found is Freederm.
Acne is increasingly becoming a problem for women in their 20s and 30s. All the major cosmetic companies have picked up on this and Estee Lauder, Clinique and Clarins all make pleasant to use solutions for blemish-prone skin.
If your acne is persistant a doctor may prescribe you oral or topical antibiotics to attack the bacteria which contributes to acne. Females may also be prescribed an anti-androgen contraceptive pill such as Yasmin or Dianette (Diane35 in the USA).
For more ideas check out my advice in the Acne Forum. Loiloi xx
