Appearance of Brown Spots on Penis

Unknown brown spots appearing on penis look like "moles", but very light in color and no height to them.  Appears on shaft of Penis only.  There are about 5 of them spread out in random positions on the Penis.  I've used photoshop to show the color of it and put the picture up.

Also the tip of my Penis has looked slightly more "weak and sickly" looking.  3 light brown spots on the tip, and 2-3 on the shaft, where I was circumsized it has along the cut mark is slightly browner.  Not sure whats going on.  Could it be an STD?  

I have felt kind of sick lately.  Diarrhea, occasionally odd feelings in my Penis area.

These brown spots can be Fordyce spots, moles, freckles or hyperpigmentation of the skin. It is difficult confirming a diagnosis without examination, so please get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist. Treatment is diagnosis specific.
